For the first example on naming ketones, why is methly carbon #2 and bromo carbon #7? I thought bromo would be carbon #2 since "b" comes before "m" alphabetically?

For the second example I am confused as to why the phenyl group comes first when naming the structure

 For this condensed formula instead of writing CH2 CH2 twice could we also place it in parenthesis (CH2)2 ??

For example: (CH3CH2)2NH it is unclear to me why Nitrogen is in the center and not towards the end of the Lewis structure. Can someone please clarify the reasoning for this??

I dont understand the whole "COO" concept, why does that equal a double bond?

For the equation in timestamp 44:28 I am confused as to how it was automatically known one of the oxygens in the "CO2" portion was double bonded to Carbon?! Why does one oxygen branch out and the other does not??
