How does Chemmunity help with Organic Chemistry 1 and 2?
We break down complex Organic Chemistry topics into easy-to-understand lessons with step-by-step explanations, examples, and practice problems. Our structured approach ensures you get the depth of understanding needed to apply concepts on exams—not just memorize them.
Do you offer content for other subjects besides Organic Chemistry?
Right now, Chemmunity focuses on Organic Chemistry 1 and 2, but we plan to expand to Biology and other sciences in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
How is Chemmunity different from YouTube or other study resources?
Unlike YouTube, our videos are designed as full lessons, not short clips made to fit an algorithm. We prioritize detailed explanations, multiple examples, and practice problems to ensure students truly understand the material. Chemmunity also offers structured learning with practice exams, AI assistance, and syllabus-based study plans—things you won’t find on YouTube.
Does Chemmunity have a mobile app?
Yes! Chemmunity offers a mobile app for both Android and iOS devices. With the app, you can conveniently access video lessons, practice problems, and practice exams directly from your phone or tablet. Note: The AI study assistant feature is currently available only on the Chemmunity website. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
What if I drop or withdraw from the class?

What types of practice problems are included?
Chemmunity offers three levels of difficulty for practice problems to help you build confidence and master Organic Chemistry concepts:
Level 1 – Foundational: These are straightforward problems designed to test basic understanding and reinforce core concepts. Great for getting started!
Level 2 – Application: These problems require a deeper understanding and involve multi-step reasoning, helping you apply concepts to more complex situations.
Level 3 – Exam-Level: These are the most challenging problems, similar to what you’ll see on real exams. They test critical thinking and problem-solving skills, often requiring multiple concepts to be combined.
This tiered approach ensures that you progress at your own pace while building the problem-solving skills needed to succeed in your course.
How do the practice exams work?
Our practice exams are designed to simulate a real test experience so you can fully prepare for your exams.
Here’s how it works:
Download & Print – You can download the full exam as a printable PDF and print it out.
Time Yourself – We recommend setting a timer and completing the exam under test-like conditions to simulate the real experience.

Watch the Video Breakdown – For each exam, we provide a detailed video explanation where we go through every question step by step, showing you how to solve it correctly.
This structured approach helps you identify mistakes, strengthen weak areas, and build confidence before your actual exam!

Weekly Tutoring Livestreams
What are the Weekly Live Tutoring Sessions and how do they work?
Our livestreams are weekly live tutoring sessions exclusively for Premium members. There are two separate sessions each week, one for Organic Chemistry 1 and one for Organic Chemistry 2.
Each session focuses on a key topic, and the instructor comes prepared with a lesson plan to walk students through important concepts and examples.
You can ask questions live during the session or ahead of time through our private channel. It’s interactive, supportive, and tailored to what students need most.
No prep is required, but we’ll upload a downloadable PDF with practice questions ahead of time so you can follow along or try them on your own before or during the session.
When are the livestreams and how do I join them?
You can check the full livestream schedule anytime on our Calendar Page. Each week includes two separate sessions, one for OChem 1 and one for OChem 2.
When it’s time to join, just head to the link listed in the calendar. If you can’t make it live, don’t worry, all sessions are recorded and replays will be available for Premium members.
What topics will be covered each week?
Each livestream is shaped around what Premium members need help with most. Topics are based on the questions students submit in the private channel each week. We’ll announce the topic in advance so you’ll know what we’re focusing on. This way, every session stays relevant to where you are in class and what you're struggling with.
Can I ask questions during the livestream?
Yes! You can ask questions live during the session or submit them ahead of time in the private channel. Just make sure to keep OChem 1 questions for the OChem 1 tutoring call and OChem 2 questions for the OChem 2 call. This helps us stay focused and make the most of our time together.
What if I can’t make it live? Will there be a replay?
Yes! If you can’t attend the livestream, a full replay will be available to all Premium members. You’ll find it on the Video Library page, simply search for the word “live” to locate recent sessions.
Do I need to turn my camera or mic on?
No, you don’t need to turn your mic or camera on if you don’t want to. But if you have a question, feel free to unmute and ask, it’s usually faster and easier for the instructor to help that way.
