Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Chemmunity subscription at any time either through your account dashboard at https://chemmunity.com/account/purchases, or by emailing hello@chemmunity.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
If you cancel after the 48-hour cutoff, you will be billed for the upcoming period but retain full access through that cycle’s end.
Refunds
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and request a refund and cancellation at hello@chemmunity.com.
Refunds are only available for the most recent payment and only if you have not accessed any content since that renewal (chemmunity.com).
Allow 7–10 business days for approved refunds to be credited back to your original payment method.
Free Trial
You may cancel during the trial with no charge.
If not canceled during trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the rate shown on the plan details page.
Dispute Guidance
Because we’re a small business, direct billing disputes can significantly impact our operations. If you have any billing questions or believe there’s been an error, please reach out to us first at hello@chemmunity.com before initiating a payment dispute.
Reactivation
Lapsed members may resubscribe at any time. Any unused portion of a previous billing period cannot be carried over.
Policy Updates
Chemmunity reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted at chemmunity.com/pages/cancellation-policy, and it’s your responsibility to review periodically.
